Please only book if your travel complies with any and all current travel restrictions. I'm renting out my family cabin when not in use. This beautiful cabin is in South Lake Tahoe, CA, in the neighborhood "where the locals live:" Meyers! ACCOMMODATIONS The house has a master bedroom had a king bed, a second bedroom has a full bed, and a third bedroom has with two twin beds. There are 1.5 bathrooms, a loft, kitchen, and living room. Dogs are welcome, with the pet fee. AMENITIES As shown in the pictures, the cabin is two stories, with a deck and a balcony. On the deck is a propane barbecue, which you are welcome to use (although use may require that you remove some snow during winter months). I aim to keep a propane tanks filled, but if they run out I will always reimburse for propane refills or exchanges, or the purchase of a lighter to get the bbq started. (just ask!) The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen with a newer natural gas stove and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you should need. There is a dishwasher, and everything is dishwasher safe. For entertainment, there are TVs with chromecasts in the living room, loft, and master bedroom, a wii in the loft, high speed internet and wifi, and lots of board games and puzzles. Unfortunately, I can not provide technical support for the TVs or chromecast; if you absolutely need something (DVD player, roku, etc.) then please bring it. Generally, internet and other technologies are reliable, but I can't guarantee their functionality as some things are beyond my control. There is a futon in the loft, as well as a workstation with an adjustable height (sit/stand) desk. I recently installed a Juicebox EV charger which provides up to 32 amp charging using a SAE-J1772 connector. There is a small air conditioning unit in the main living room/kitchen area. Generally air conditioning is not needed (most houses don't have it), but on unusually hot days this air conditioner will help maintain comfort. In winter snow is contracted to be removed 60 feet from the road, but sometimes this is not possible if cars are blocking the driveway. In some cases, some shoveling be required upon arrival, including on the front porch where snow is removed by housekeeping and residents only. I have a strict cancellation policy and I do not consider weather an extenuating circumstance. Snow, winter storm warnings, and winter storm advisories are expected from November until April! If you plan to cancel your trip due to snow, this is not the place for you. There is a VoIP phone which guests are free to use, but cell service is generally reliable due to a new cell tower nearby. Firewood is not provided, but may be bought at local stores or brought. VHR20-0233
