With three bedrooms, this home comfortably sleeps six people. Master bedroom features a queen-size bed, balcony with water views, a desk area, and a spacious en suite bathroom. Two additional bedrooms on the main floor have a clean aesthetic feel, including dressers for storage. You will also enjoy a unique glass-walled cube-shaped cabana located at the water’s edge which can accommodate two additional guests. Prepare a gourmet dinner in the large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, or utilize a BBQ grill on the porch. With high-speed internet access and Wi-Fi, this home can be also used as a remote office. Color-changing Hue lights inside the home and an indoor/outdoor 3-zone Sonos sound system create a festive atmosphere. To carry groceries, residents traditionally use Radio Flyer wagons. Mobility impaired guests can make use of the volunteer SAGE cart which typically greets the ferry in the harbor. Access by the Ferry from Sayville or Private Boat. No car access.
