Located right on the edge of the beautiful Oceano Dunes Recreation Area, this Oceano vacation rental is perfect for travelers looking for a secluded spot to enjoy a restful (and perhaps romantic!) vacation, or an action filled off-road adventure, with or without friends and/or family. Don't let its serene setting fool you, this studio is located in close proximity to all of Oceano's best attractions. Only one hundred yards from the entrance to the Off Road Vehicle Recreation Area near the Oceano Dunes SVRA, this retreat is also next door to restaurants, shops and activity/recreational equipment rentals, so you won't have to travel far once you're settled in. Upon arrival, the bright and updated studio space will immediately charm you. The comfy queen-size bed, with gel-foam topper and tempur-pedic pillows, will call your name, so you'll have to resist the urge for a nap in order to tour the rest of the area! The memory-foam futon/sofa sleeper can accommodate 2 children or one adult comfortably, as it easily converts to a nearly full-size sleeper (guest to bring own linens if utilizing sleeper, linens for sofa sleeper are not provided). The space is equipped with free WiFi, smart TV cable television, but we doubt you'll have time to watch it with all the amazing activities you have at your fingertips! The property has installed camera and surveillance equipment for added safety. A lovely dinette table with two chairs sits by the window, perfect for savoring a cup of coffee or glass of wine while enjoying the view! The full bathroom has a shower and bathtub, and adjoins a convenience area similar to a wet and dry bar space in a hotel room. Here, you will find the little amenities that will keep you comfortable: a sink, a pod-style coffee maker, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a wardrobe space for hanging clothing and luggage rack. Additional amenities include dishes and silverware. We also provide complimentary luxurious toiletries for your comfort. The rental also gives guests access to a community patio with a BBQ and many chairs and tables and a sink, plus access to a shared hot tub. There also is a shared laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers. (Please note: The availability/access to these shared amenities is out of the owner's control, and unforeseen issues or repairs may impact access.) After checking out your studio, you'll be eager to explore the nature's bounty that surrounds you. Despite the privacy and peace of your studio, you can enjoy the amenities of the vacation recreation area. A mere 100 yards from entrance to the Oceano Dunes, those with off road vehicles will be delighted to strap in and get going. This home is also within close walking distance of white, sandy beaches, several restaurants, shops, and activity rentals. For nature lovers, the area offers numerous hiking opportunities, as well as the beautiful lagoon next door to observe the local flora and fauna, and the famous Monarch butterflies grove is just a short drive away. Popular destinations such as Pismo Beach and its bustling downtown pier are only a couple of miles away. Amateur sommeliers will be interested in the coastal wine country that is a few more miles further, and San Luis Obispo (the happiest city in America!) with its many shops, foodie spots and bars is 15 miles north.
