Separate Apartment!!! The Sturdy Ranchette

This is a great COVID SAFE separate studio apartment on my property. We are located outside of Modesto/Riverbank, on the path to Yosemite National Park. This space is perfect for traveling nurses or medical professionals. Due to the COVID19 pandemic, I have intensified my cleaning/sanitizing per Air B&B protocols. My son and I maintain the room and property. Feel free to wander the yard and meditate. I just completed a full remodel of the back yard and it is extremely peaceful here. The room is in the back of a detached garage. It has its own full bathroom, Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, small coffee maker, heater/air conditioner, closet, mini refrigerator and small kitchenette. No laundry. It is attached to my garage so there may be some noise from my use of the garage. You would have access to the room and the yard. In the spring I welcome guests to pick fruit from the fruit trees for your consumption. There is also an outdoor kitchen that guests are welcome to use. I only ask that you contact me if you wish to use it so that I can turn on the gas etc. If you need anything we are just across the driveway in the main house. We love to socialize however, due to the COVID 19 pandemic we keep a strict adherence to social distancing. My dogs don't always adhere to social distancing guidelines so they may come up and give you a sniff. Our neighborhood is country homes an acre or more apart. There are orchards and farm animals close by as well as dogs. No buses or public transportation is close by. Uber and Lyft can find us easily. It’s usually $10 to get to Oakdale and $20 to get to central modesto. We are adhering to all of the guidelines recommended by Air B&B for cleaning and sanitizing during this COVID19 crisis. This includes spacing out reservations by 72 hours. I have two dogs that can be loud alarm barkers. They don't bite but they do let me know if there is anyone on the property. We are close to plenty of restaurants that are open doing take-out, delivery, and supermarkets.
