Approx. 2000sqft, as shown in the pictures, exclusively to be occupied by the guests. Two bedroom, 1 1/2 bath, large family room w/fireplace, living room w/fireplace, sparkling pool, hardwood floors throughout, great view from living area, family room, kitchen, rear yard & front. Upscale & safe neighborhood. Washer/Dryer included. *No spaces will be shared (including the pool). Other Things to Note: Amenity limitations - Guests will not be able to access Garage and left side of the gate. We occupy the remaining two bedrooms attached to the Garage while we have guests in the house with separate entrence and no common or shared area. We give total privacy to the guests. Surveillance or recording devices on property. Additional Rules - We look forward to accommodating you on your stay. However, we must clarify that our house is NOT a party house. - The booking guest needs to have a fully verified account (ID, Email and Phone-Nr.) and to register EVERY person staying at our house with full name at day of booking but not later than 5 days upon arrival. Ignoring this rule will result in cancellation. - ONLY with full name registered guests are allowed on the property. - NO LOCAL MEET-UP'S AND STAYING OVER with any persons not previously registered/booked and agreed by host. - Definitely NO unbooked and unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time. Additional fees that may be charged to a Guest by a Host for additional individuals invited to, or otherwise provided access to, the Covered Accommodation who are not included in the Guest’s booking of such Covered Accommodation. Visitors only allowed with the prior authorization of the host for short visits. Visitors also must never be allowed access to keys. Smoking, loud music, parties, events, filming and late night noise will not be tolerated in any way. Any disturbances, anti-social behavior, unusual coming and goings are usually reported to local agencies by the neighbors. This property is non-smoking. If you smoke inside of the house you will forfeit your security deposit to compensate for additional cleaning. All dishes/utensils/pots/pans should be left clean. Any damage to furniture, walls, appliances, equipment etc - incur a repair/replacement fee, at our discretion. The "NO" list...booking our home explicitly declares your agreement and compliance with our house rules. Violations may result in cancellation of your booking (with penalties), security deposit forfeit/deductions and/or any other remedies available to us as Airbnb hosts: No smoking inside. Smoking is only permitted in side/back yard only, not in front of the house. No unlisted overnight guests. No parties/gatherings or events. No drinking of alcohol/liquor by persons under 21 years old (California legal age). No illicit drug use in our home. No filming or entertainment staging/productions of any kind.
