Very private retreat residence. Unwind at the end of the day with a swim, seasonal only June-August, Enjoy the surrounding flower, and vegetable gardens. Private apartment with your own private entrance, in finished basement of home. Windows in bedroom, and kitchen, this private apartment includes the bedroom, living room, and kitchen with a NuWave induction cook plate, small oven-toaster, microwave, Kuerig coffee maker, private bath with shower, large in ground pool with outdoor shower, (pool is seasonal June-August) There are two owners who live in the separate area of the house. Parking for 1 person. Over night visitors will be charged an extra $25.00 per night, after 2 guests. Private entrance, very quiet. Private back yard, outdoor fire place, large in ground pool. We live on the premises the bedroom, living room, and kitchen are private, there is private shaded area outdoors, and a common area around the pool. Quiet neighborhood in good safe town. Central Vermont located, easy access to interstate 89. Public transportation is a block away, unsure of the bus schedule. There is also Uber. Nice In ground pool, in nice neighborhood. Children free. This is not set up as a place for children lots of glass tables, pool and fishpond not fenced off
