Beautiful, newly renovated, 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath ranch home at the end of a cul de sac. Privately fenced back yard with an inground heated pool. Basement is fully finished for some additional space if necessary. Home is located 20 minutes north of the Saratoga Race Course and 20 minutes south of Lake George. Million Dollar Half Mile shopping area is 10 minutes north also. West Mountain Ski area is 15 minutes away, Gore Mountain 45 minutes, and Killington is less than 2 hours. We welcome you to make yourselves at home while staying at our home. It is comfortable, cozy, and quiet. Our backyard is like a hidden gem. We are located in the village but have complete serenity in our neighborhood. Yet you are close to many amenities and attractions. Guests have access to our entire home and yard. I always greet my guests upon arrival to show them around the house and make sure they are comfortable. If you have any questions or concerns I am always a phone call away or in the area to remedy any situation that may arise. Your comfort and complete happiness is my number one priority. We live at the end of a Cul de Sac in a very quiet neighborhood. Our driveway accommodates up to 4 cars. You may walk through the safe neighborhood day or night.
