A peaceful, restful home on an acreage located a few miles outside of Cardston, Alberta. Just a little over a half hour travel will bring you to the gates of Glacier National Park in the United States or to Watertown National Park in Canada. Come relax in our home and let the peace of nature rejuvenate you. There are many things to do close to this home. Just a few miles away in Cardston you will find the Carriage House Theater. In the summer you can watch live productions and in the winter you can watch movies here. Also in Cardston is the Remington Carriage Museum, the largest carriage museum in North America. Just a little over a half hour drive away will take you to Glacier National Park or to Waterton National Park where you can view beautiful scenery or take a hike or two. In the winter you can snowshoe. Lethbridge is about one hour away where you can find the Japanese Gardens. Guests will have access to a fully stocked kitchen, picnic tables, a barbecue, playground in the backyard, or just to sit on the deck and enjoy the feel of nature. There are often deer to watch and occasionally a fox or two. We don't live very far away and will be available to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. This area is beautiful and restful. You can enjoy the peace of the country while only three miles from Cardston. You can talk a walk or sit on the deck. In Cardston you will find places to eat, a movie theatre, a library, banks, grocery stores and convenience stores, gas stations and as well The Remington Alberta Carriage Museum. We are also close to Waterton National Park and Glacier National Park. There is lots of parking for your car or truck. This is the best way to travel around this area. There is a private business located behind the trees in the backyard. There will be occasional vehicles going by on the top access road.
