This listing is for the whole house at $165/night. For each guest beyond 2 there will be a charge of $20 per guest per night. Pets (upon approval) are a single $20 flat fee. Decorated in a clean minimalist style, this is a bright, effervescent home lit with solar skylights in the kitchen and living room. Please inquire before booking if you have a pet as pets will be $20 additional (they count as an extra guest). Home may be decorated for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Feel free to park on the street in front of the house, or the driveway. As I'm on a firefighter's schedule, I'm often gone for 24 hours, or as needed, but should be available to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. This is a quiet neighborhood with a four-way stop sign nearby. Nationally-famous 17th St Bar and Grill is four blocks away, with other numerous micro breweries, restaurants, and unique bars as well. Most are within a five minute walk. I'll be happy to help you arrange getting around. While there isn't a video game console on the premises, you will have access to a Chromecast for mirroring your device to the guest bedroom TV screen. There's also a covered outdoor grill area, complete with outdoor sink and seasonings so you don't have to run back and forth from the house to the grill. Air fryer! Plenty of parking.
