Mountain Retreat -Longer Stays (Travel Nurses ❤️ )

My place is good for business travelers, travelling nurses/physical therapists, & solo adventurers. note: I'm new to Vrbo, but not new to hosting guests this way. Serenity in mountains, only 10 minutes from downtown Los Gatos, and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz/beach! 20-45 minute commute to Stanford, Apple, & most of Silicon Valley. Quiet & peaceful. Easy access to superb dining & work. Close to Santa Cruz wineries. Lot's of hiking & biking trails. Look up Lexington Reservoir. Private guest studio w/own entrance & deck. Kitchenette for light cooking. The space Private entrance, bedroom, and bathroom. Just added - your own laundry area with full-size washer and dryer! Monthly cleaning fee is INCLUDED in the price. People who clean my listing are paid a living wage. Queen-size bed Sofa + table Small dining table + chair Hard surface flooring TV w/basic Comcast cable WiFi Steamer & iron for clothes K-cup coffee/tea maker (as previous guests never used provided pods, I no longer include product) Induction stovetop & pan Microwave/convection oven Small refrigerator Plates, silverware, glasses Napkins, paper towels, toilet paper to get you started. As this is usually for 3+ months rentals, please supply when what I've left you runs out. Happy to supply if there is an quick need. Outdoor BBQ use - please provide propane Flexible check-in and check-out times Quiet, comfortable, & peaceful NEW- whole house water filtration system! No hand washing of your car, sorry. NOTE: House is no longer yellow. It’s a greenish/gray. Prefer somoene with at least a couple of reviews. Working from home a couple of days per week ok. Please, not full-time. I try to schedule cleaning and other home maintenance when you are not home as much as possible. Guest access The entire space and outdoor patio is all yours to enjoy. Other things to note: There is one parking space. For the occassional guest, it is possible for 2 cars to fit. If you have any questions - please contact me. I do have one dog who you are free to ignore or engage with. Once or twice per year I may foster a dog - hopefully only for a week or two until they find their forever home. Sometimes it may take a little longer. Four to six times per month another dog or two may come over for doggy play dates. All dogs stay on my side and do not invade your privacy.
