Welcome to By-the-Sea Airbnb, a brand-new hotel-style guest suite with private entrance in a quiet home located on St. Andrews’ historic Water Street, steps away from downtown. After a day exploring the sites, snuggle into the queen size bed and cozy linens. Freshen up in the en-suite bathroom with a luxurious rain shower. Enjoy your morning coffee or a refreshing beverage in the evening on the covered front veranda. Fresh, clean and cozy, this lovely guest suite on St Andrews' historic Water Street has easy access to shopping, dining and all that St Andrews has to offer only a short walk away. The well-appointed suite has a comfortable atmosphere that invites relaxation. During the summer months, sit on the covered front veranda and watch passersby exploring the town. The hotel-style room has a brand-new queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with luxurious rain shower. A small kitchenette alcove in the suite includes a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, dishes, cutlery and glassware. Guests may create their own breakfast, lunch or dinner, if they choose, and enjoy it at the antique table for two also in their suite. The home has central air conditioning to ensure the guest’s comfort during the summer season.Guests have private entrance with access via an entry code to their private guest room. Please note the guest suite does not have a television. Consider bringing your iPad/laptop to use with the free Wi-Fi. Scrabble, backgammon, cards and a cribbage board are provided for rainy day entertainment. This is your home away from home. Craving the active life? During winter months, there is no overnight parking on the street, therefore, the hosts provide one designated spot in their driveway for guests. The rental is for the private guest suite and NOT the entire home. The guest suite is in the front part of the owner occupied house. The suite has a private entrance and does not have access to the house.
