Wideman's Cove

Huge living room, Full kitchen full size appliances, 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, sleeps 8 to 10 guest. This listing is for 8 to 10 guest. We will allow up to 4 additional guest at no additional charge. Host will meet with guest upon arrival. This listing gives you access to the main and upstairs area of the house. Locked storage closets are off limits. Additional space (Basement) is available through special arrangements with host. The host resides on the property. Only the guest and their party will have access to the listed dwelling. We are located on 24 acres of private land overlooking Interstate I-75 ( some traffic noise can be heard from highway) , approximately 20 miles from downtown Chattanooga, TN and 100 miles from Atlanta, GA. Private transportation is recommended but we do have local taxi, Lyft and Uber services. WE ARE LOCATED 100 YARDS FROM INTERSTAE 75, SOME TRAFFIC NOISE WILL BE HEARD. SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED inside or on the deck. Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. No pets/animals of any kind. Parties are not allowed at this property. Renters are responsible for their guest. Guest will be charged an additional 100.00 cleaning fee remove stains, spills, or any bodily fluids. Lost keys : Guest will be charged a 100.00 lost key fee to replace door lock. We DO NOT allow hammocks, swings or any other items to be hung from deck posts or deck rails. We expect all guest to be responsible and respectable.
