Lagoon leisure! Waterfront house!

My place is the perfect spot for a beach getaway! Only 5 minutes away from Long Beach Island’s pristine sandy beaches and the Atlantic Ocean! We have a recently renovated 3 bedroom cape style home with 100 feet of lagoon frontage! This is your opportunity to enjoy waterfront living! My place has 180 degrees of unobstructed waterfront views on its 100’ of lagoon frontage. Even though the white sandy beaches of LBI are only 5 minutes away, my place has a backyard you’ll never want to leave! My place has a huge multilevel deck, with comfy couches and enough seating to feed two families at dinner time! There’s a shuffleboard court and lots of games stocked for the yard as well. You’ll love catching snappers and even fresh blue claw crabs that you can serve for dinner just a few yards away! You have the entire property to enjoy! There are 3-4 parking spots provided *The garage and boat are not accessible to tenants. The boat is strictly off limits to prevent injury and damages. We will be at the house periodically to access and use the boat, but we will do our best to respect your privacy and space. I am very accessible to my guests and live close by. I am always available for help via a quick call or text. Beach Haven West is a resort community built upon lagoons which connect the neighborhood to the Barnegat Bay and the Intercostal waterway. Picture Venice but at the Jersey Shore. The neighborhood is a mix of year round residents and folks looking to enjoy the summer fun for the weekend or a vacation. It is a typically quiet neighborhood so please respect our neighbors who probably have to wake up to work in the morning. Bring your car to drive 5 minutes to the beach. My place is under 5 miles the beach, but separated by a bridge. Bring your bikes to cruise the neighborhood for ice cream (1/2mile) or coffee and bagels (1/2mile). Guests are responsible for supplying their own sheets and pillow cases. We have 4 full beds, including the pullout couch and air mattress, 1 twin bed and 1 king bed. Please come prepared with sheets to accommodate the size of your party and their sleeping arrangements. We do not allow guests to bring their pets. For the safety of our other guests, exceptions will not be made to this policy.
