Ski House w/5 Ski Passes, One Mile from Windham MT

Beautiful weekend home that is perfect for skiing, hiking and Barbecuing. This two bedroom two bath is my families' secondary home. We rent it out on the days we don't use it. It is kid friendly and family friendly. Only one mile from Windham Mountain, it is essential for skiing in the winter and with seven acres of land it s great for hiking and relaxing in the warmer months . House boosts an unbelievable fire place with wood provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and preparing meals. There is a dishwasher, washer, dryer, chopper and microwave. The living room and dining room are open space areas that lead into the bar of the kitchen. The dining room table sits six comfortably while the fireplace and a futon in the living room can accommodate the rest. The fireplace is truly amazing and heats up the entire area with real wood. As a back up there i also gas heat throughout. There are doors that open up onto the deck from the living room area. Which is great for outdoor activities such as barbecuing and hanging out. There are so many trees around the house it almost feels as you are in the forest. The downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed and a single bed, which is adjacent to the downstairs bathroom. The upstairs is a loft large bedroom which has two full size beds and a large full bath. The sky light is a great way to see the stars at night. Have access to the entire house. Windham is a small quaint town in upstate NY. It is very family friendly and a great place to ski and try cool restaurants in town. The locals are very friendly and flourish from the tourist industry and vacation homes. There is a bus that comes into town from NYC other then that its all via car. During the winter months we allow our guests to use our families season ski passes. There are five ski passes and can be used at anytime. The passes are a great way to save money. There is also an adult snow board with size 11 boots that we allow our guests to use. The fireplace has two levers one at the bottom left that is only used to start the fire and opens a hole at the bottom of the fireplace to help oxygen light the initial flame. When the fire is started and catches please shut this lever. The other lever is easily seen and moves left and right at the bottom of the fireplace, left opens oxygen to the fire, hence larger flame and gets warm, while moving it to the right less of a flame, mostly used when you go to sleep or leave for the day, After first couple of hours level should be left in the middle. Please separate the recycling, put your regular garbage and recycling in the garage, where two garbage cans will be accessible to you.
