Newly renovated large private home with one available bedroom and newly remodel kitchen, dining room, TV room downstairs and an in ground pool during the summer. My home has many bathrooms for your convenience. Please feel free to enjoy the large yard and 2 fire pits for s'mores and hot chocolate. I have long term renter that occupy the house as well The house is large with a beautiful living room to sit and curl up or stretch out with a good book, watch TV by a great wood burning fireplace or sit, read or take a nap in your own private bedroom. In the summer, enjoy the great Mentor weather by the backyard pool. Mentor is located within a half hour of Cleveland (West) or heading (East) toward the wineries of Lake County. There is so much to do in Cleveland with the three national sports teams; Cleveland Indians, Cleveland Cavaliers and the Cleveland Browns. Plus the Rock'n Roll Hall of Fame; great museums, The Cleveland Zoo, Lake and Metro Park System . The list can go on and on. So come and enjoy!
