Long Term Stays Only....on a case by case basis. Charming New England home on a quiet residential street close to downtown. This house is fully furnished and equipped with linens, towels, and cookware. The first floor has a large eat in kitchen, laundry room, full bathroom, living room, dining room and sitting room. The second floor has 5 bedrooms- 1 king, 3 queen & 1 full size beds and 2 full baths. There is a gas fireplace in the living room that makes the space especially comfy and cozy on cool evenings. A large 3 season porch extends off of the living room for additional space for relaxing, reading, eating, or playing board games. This is a warm and spacious home that has been completely renovated. In the barn located behind the house is a pool table and large screen tv to hang out in. Guests will have access to the first and second floors, as well as the barn that houses a pool table and large flat screen tv. We live nearby and will be available to answer any questions about the area, or to offer any support if needed. A beautiful home situated on a great residential street, walking distance to downtown, close to the Berkshires, Vermont and New Hampshire. Hiking trails, bike paths, coffee shops, fine eating establishments, and the Amtrack station, all situated close by. Easy access to I-91, Route 2, & Routes 5&10. Very close to many of the private schools in the area. The Amtrak Vermonter stop is just 2 blocks away-- 2 minutes by car, or a 5 minute walk.
