Good Villa

Our place is close to Five miles to downtown and the university; Walmart; restaurants; movie theater, the airport. You’ll love our place because it is quiet; easy to get to; beautiful setting in woods. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). We do not allow pets! We can only accommodate four adult persons at all times. You cannot have other adults come and use this place as a party house. Our septic system will overload plus you are adding to our costs. The total rent amount included 1,300 sq. ft. of space. It does not include the larger shop space. The villa is separate from our house by approx. 150', so you have your own privacy. Just take the second driveway to the villa. Its part of a larger building. GPS has worked very well in locating our location. We like to meet our guests if possible. We text with them if they need anything or if there are problems. Our neighborhood is very quiet. We have some beautiful homes in our area with wonderful people. They watch our place and we watch theirs. You can walk our road or bike our county roads without any problems. We feel very safe here. Have never in forty years had any security issues. There is a large parking area so guests can just pull up on front of the villa. As stated above, we will only accommodate four adults or a family with small kids. We do not accept pets! There is only one toilet, two bedrooms. We do have adequate parking, but our septic system is limited. Only FOUR ADULTS and no parties!!!!!!!
