NO SMOKING NO PARTIES. Guests can use the whole house! 1 private bedroom with Queen bed, 1 loft bedroom with Queen bed and the basement has a comfortable Queen futon. New gas fireplace in living room and outdoor fire-pit and chairs. (additional fee for Firewood - available by request) House with fully equipped kitchen, living room, 1 private bedroom, 1 loft room, basement family room with option sleeping options, laundry room, linens provided. The house is the first house back a private driveway. There are 3 additional houses back that driveway. They are all permanent residents, very quiet and friendly. There is no public transportation. The water is well water, some people prefer to buy their drinking water because of the taste. However the water IS safe to drink! There is a propane fireplace in the living room and also one in the basement living area. Spiral staircase from loft area to basement. Both of these features may not make it a great location for people traveling with little children.
