Room has built in desk, queen bed, new premium mattress, full closet, dresser, large fridge, smart TV/Roku. Stay at one of the best. A safe, quality experience. We are in a quiet neighborhood with limited traffic. The backyard view is secluded and includes our four acre park-like wooded area with fish pond that you can fish. Deck, kitchen, backyard, 4 acre pond and wooded area, living room, laundry room. The house is occupied by the owner, a lifelong area resident. We know the area well and can answer most questions. We are friendly! Nice stable neighborhood. Kids and bikes and walkers abound! One street in and out keeps traffic low. Neighborhood is in very good condition. Virtually non-existent crime etc. Car, bike, etc. We have bi-monthly maid service with bedding changes and cleaning as well as the usual cleaning the room gets before your visit.
