Belgrade Lakes Waterfront Home with a View

Welcome to our beautiful waterfront home in picturesque Belgrade Lakes Village. Rental includes use of a canoe, two kayaks and bicycles. We are located on Mill stream connecting Great Pond to Long Pond, with boat access to Great Pond only. Enjoy swimming, kayaking, a nearby boat launch, biking, fishing, golfing, and hiking. Walking distance to local businesses such as Hello Good Pie, Day's Store, The Village Inn, The Sunset Grille, ice cream stands, and a lovely Farmers Market every Sunday. Enjoy our lovely 3 bedroom 1 1/2 bath house right on the water. We have a deck connected to the house with a gas grill, picnic tables with umbrellas, and a large outdoor couch as well as a deck closer to the water with a couch, chairs and fire pit. We have a smart TV. There is a second house on the property that my daughter lives in who you will share the driveway with, and she may use the dock to access our boat. Although we can accommodate up to six guests our driveway can only accommodate 2-3 cars. Otherwise you will have full use of the yard and waterfront. Guests will have full access to the whole house. We have a lockbox for convenient check in and check out. The closest grocery stores are in Augusta, Waterville or Farmington. There is a local country store within walking distance that stocks all essentials and more. Augusta, Farmington, and Waterville are all within 15 to 30 minutes away by car. There are many lakes nearby for swimming, fishing and boating. There are several hiking trails within a short driving distance. You can swim in the stream and there is a ladder attached to the dock for easy access to the water. You can also walk into the water from the yard but it is a bit rocky.
