Quiet 1BR Renovated Apt- Near Downtown Hot Springs

Our recently remodeled ground floor 1 bedroom apartment has an industrial farmhouse look with a steampunk vibe, and a touch of local character. NOTE: Due to COViD-19 We have tightened our reservation policies. We are closed for 2 days between reservations for sanitizing and are requiring minimum stays of 3 days. The in-apartment coffee bar and full kitchen are stocked with breakfast items so you are all set for mornings. Make your meals at home or go out to enjoy the local restaurants. There's a new bright and shiny shower, a fun and functional pull-down rustic workspace, basic TV cable, and an electric fireplace for cozy nights. The only shared part of the building is the common foyer that both apartments have access to, you may meet us coming and going there! This is a full 1 bedroom apartment, with kitchen and bath. There are no available laundry facilities in the building, we are happy to direct you to the local laundromat if needed. Parking: Parking is on the street, just outside the rear door near the garage. Please do not park in the driveway. We are open to longer-term stays, please contact us for information. We are within walking distance to the VA Complex and have happily hosted visiting medical personnel in the past. Hosts live on site and are generally available for whatever you may need. We are pretty quiet and will provide you with privacy. Nestled at the south end of the Black Hills of South Dakota, the town of Hot Springs can boast not only of its scenic beauty and natural healing springs but also it's unique sandstone architecture. With close proximity to all Black Hills attractions, Wind Cave National Park, Angostura State Park and Lake, Custer State Park, The Wild Horse Sanctuary, Hot Springs has lots to boast about! There's also a world-class golf course and of course, the world-famous mammoth dig site that's about a mile from our doors. Additionally, We are an easy day trip away from other national monuments and the well-known Sturgis Bike Rally held every August. You can visit all of the beautiful Black Hills from our hidden gem of an apartment. About young children, we do not have cribs, parents will have to provide these items themselves. We do not allow pets. Please Note: Currently, the attached outdoor space is still under construction, so there may be limited access to the back patio area during your stay.
