There is AMTRAK railroad station 2 miles away (Colfax station). The house is in mountain setting, residential area, no wheelchair accessible standard everywhere, no inside elevator, not suitable for people who needs wheelchair accessibility. There are permanent residents living on the cottages across the court yard. So please keep noise down after 10 pm. No outdoor noisy party, no events with music outdoor allowed. It's country living, there are nice animals like dears, peacocks, turkeys wandering, as well as less friendly ones like snakes, bugs... do not go out in the wood or far yard in the dark alone, wear long pants, no open toe shoes, no bear foot, practice outdoor precaution.
