Two Upstairs Bedrooms in Historic Bungalow

My inviting 1930's bungalow is newly renovated, centrally located in town, and in a historic, tree lined, walking neighborhood. You are renting the upstairs, which has two bedrooms, a full bath, and office area. Downstairs are the kitchen, laundry, screened in porch, additional guest bath and my bedroom. Guests will have the upstairs to themselves and down stairs are welcome to use the living room, dining room, kitchen, and screened in back porch, all of which adjoin. Also, available downstairs is a guest bath which has a tub, shower combination. Although there are other choice neighborhoods in Tupelo, I Iconsider my neighborhood the best in town due to it's close proximity to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment venues but more importantly I love the varied architecture, the canopy of trees, sidewalks, and living in a neighborhood that has a long history. Neighbors take pride in their homes and in our little community. There is taxi service in Tupelo.
