Our location is perfect for those that want to experience the American suburbs yet have easy access to the NJ Shore beaches, or the cultural and business options here in the NY metro area (our 3rd Airbnb apt a great deluxe listing by a super rated host) Comfy and quiet, this is a nice alternative to hotel or urban accommodation. Apt is open, modern, and well equipped. Great room, open kitchen, full bathroom, and bedroom with queen size bed. Additional convertible queen size sofa for 2 Close walking distance to shopping, & NYC trains and buses. We take pride in being airbnb super hosts. Please note that we have always professionally cleaned & sanitized for our guests safety & comfort, this includes application of anti viral & anti bacterial products especially important during this worldwide health emergency so we all are safe. Full access to complete one bedroom Apt that includes a Great Room, dining area within it, Kitchen with movable granite top island seating bar, full bathroom with tub/shower, and all linens, cooking, dining items supplied. We like to welcome our guests & attempt to set up mutual good timing for access on arrival. We also use lock box for tenant entry as well. we always want to make our guests comfortable & use either texting or cell phone to keep in touch We often are told by visitors...................... " Westfield is an attractive upscale suburban community located app. 25 miles southwest of NY city. 45 min' in a car from NJ beaches. Westfield has won awards for its beautiful downtown. Charming streets, great parks, sports facilities, and friendly neighbors. It is a great place to relax, have the quiet and experience of small town America. Guests can do this while still able to experience and enjoy the many urban offerings that NYC, and our surrounding urban cities offer. Within an hour’s train or bus ride to NYC, yet return in the evening to the quiet of our cozy downtown with lots of great restaurants and night spots. The Wesfield Y is a block & a half away and we offer a one week free access pass to our guests for use of the Y facilities for swimming or work out. The Apt is the perfect location; a few minutes walk to NY city Transportation, it is in the downtown. The downtown area is historic, it received the "great American Mainstreet" award several years ago. It has terrific restaurants, bars, live music, movie theater, boutiques & national shops: Gap, Banana Republic,Starbucks, Lord and Taylor, Trader Joe’s and more. The Garden State Parkway is nearby and the Jersey Shore is great for day trips our beaches even in fall and winter can be fun We offer one parking spot behind our building if guest provides us advanced notice of their parking need. Please be extra careful for pedestrians at the alley sidewalk entrance/exit & in the driveway parking area as pedestrians do walk & don’t pay attention. Being in the business district there will be at times early am trash pickup or deliveries in the alley.
