This room is simple and sweet. It has a queen bed w/ a closet, sit down mirror. There is a shared bathroom to the right of the room. This property is 10 minutes from shelby farms park and agriculture farm. 11 minutes from Saddle creek shopping center. 18 minutes from University of Memphis. I welcome all guests! The entire second floor is for guests. There is a shared bathroom for all guests. Guest’s rooms are private of course. The first floor consists of a shared kitchen as well a laundry room. There is a guest bathroom next to the laundry room. I have a coffee and tea shelf, so please help yourself. I have a lab next to the kitchen, I just ask for guests to be considerate about that space. You can ask me for access Walnut grove lake. It’s a beautiful area. Use outdoor trash can for Big trash. We do recycling. Park far away from the mailbox. I will be working around the first floor all day, so I will most likely be busy and ask to not be bothered unless it is important. There may be noise from my lab during the day but it is not as disruptive. I also have a friendly cat.
