Great location right in the Binnekill Square complex in the heart of Margaretville Village. We are walking distance to everything the village has to offer, accessible by bus for those that want a getaway without a car, we are in walking distance from Trailways bus stop in Margaretville. Close to skiing, golf, hiking, fishing, hunting, and wedding venues. Great for all seasons! Living room is comfy with high ceilings, futon couch & Wifi, smart TV for your streaming services and some free channels. Kitchen has stove, fridge, coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven and necessary utensils, Bedroom is a cozy sleeping loft with two twins that can be made into a king size bed for two. Also a futon for sleeping in the living room and a blow up bed just in case you need extra bed. 2 closets for your luggage or gear. Also we have A/C and a fan. You will have full use of the apartment. I will be available by phone or text up until 9pm to help you, after 9pm emergencies only. Margaretville is a great little village in the Catskill Mountains, we have a bustling main street, with artists, cafes, restaurants, chocolate, retail stores all in walking distance. We are close to golf, bowling, hiking, fishing, skiing and wedding venues, we are a four season town loved by locals and visitors alike! The apartment is in a great location in the heart of the village, you can access everything by walking, You can get here by train then the Trailways bus that lets you out at Sensible car rental and it is also close enough to walk into town. Please be aware we do not have any other public transportation other than the Trailways bus.
