Peaceful, park-like setting home

Hi everyone! Thank you for viewing my home through Airbnb. I find my home to be quiet, peaceful, well decorated and comfy. The front of my home sits on a cul de sac with the back looking out onto protected wetlands where you can enjoy lots of backyard wildlife. Oregon City offers so much history as it was the first capital of Oregon. Besides the history here to enjoy the drive time to downtown Portland is not long and there is public transportation that one may want to take. See you soon! Enjoy this charming room with a comfy queen bed and private bathroom in a clean and well manicured home on a quiet culdesac. Home is located just minutes from downtown Oregon City with easy access to freeways and 13 miles to Portland. Small light and bright bedroom with dresser and closet. Semi-firm queen mattress with memory foam topper. A second double bedroom is available for $20.00 more for family and/or friends should it be needed. Wi-Fi is available. There is not cooking availability however refrigerator space and counter space may be used should it be needed. Interact with the host as much or as little as you like. However, the main living room space is shared. This home backs up to a bluff which encourages frequent visits from forest friends such as deer and other wild life easily viewed from the shared living room space. 2.5 miles to public transit center. Parking in driveway is available. My home consists of a large great room or space that is offered to all guests. There is a TV, fireplace and comfy furniture to be enjoyed for conversation. My two (2) guest rooms are to the right of the front door and the full bath is between the rooms. The front door is used for access with the guest rooms easily accessed. I always want to be available to my guests to address any needs that may exist. If you tend to just want peace and quiet you will always have that as well. My job is to make you feel welcome and comfortable in my home. You will be in an extremely safe and quiet neighborhood which is approximately 18 years old. Neighbors are very friendly and we are respectful of one another. I do have two(2) well behaved kitties just in case there are are any allergies or sensitivities. I also keep air purifiers running most of time for folks that may have sensitivity to cat dander.
