Cute historic bungalow on Athens Eastside! Only 10 min drive to campus, perfect for families wanting to enjoy game day! In my bright and clean house, our guests enjoy two private bedrooms and full bathroom. Access to laundry and a fully stocked kitchen! A cozy dinning room nook for enjoying breakfast or for sending that quick work email before heading out the door. A wonderful front and back porch allow for plenty of space to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this hidden neighborhood. The entire house is yours to use I’m available via text or phone to answer any questions. If needed I can drop by too! Just a quick reminder that this house is in fact my home and primary residence, and I expect you to take good care of it during your stay here.
