The Annex-Small town charm, close to everything!

This comfortable and cozy getaway is a pleasant surprise to what you would expect when you pull into the old gas station...A charming mix of old & new, The Annex is a totally unique, comfortable, street level, renovated space that includes a kitchenette with everything needed for a great stay! Eat out or stay in; the kitchen is ready to accommodate your needs, with a comfy bed, tv with antenna or streamable, and convenient location, we welcome longer stays. The Annex is about a mile south of downtown Harrodsburg, with easy access to 127, downtown, or the bypass. We do not add on extra fees. Please message ahead of time if you would like to bring a dog. The Annex has a lock box that makes arrivals easy. The Annex is a totally separate and private unit from the rest of the building. It's a studio; the bed is in the main room; additionally there is a kitchenette, a table for meals, and a desk for working. The kitchenette has a microwave, mini-frig, small coffeemaker, toaster oven, dinnerware, flatware and kitchen utensils for light food prep. The bathroom is composed of a commode/sink ( halfbath) and a separate shower room. We've provided iron&board and hairdryer for your convenience. We are accessible at all times by phone or text to answer any questions you may have! Beaumont Avenue is a beautiful place to walk mornings or evenings. Less than a half mile away is Beaumont Inn's historic dining room & Old Owl Tavern, with traditional Kentucky dishes and plenty for bourbon lovers to enjoy; however, our kitchenette has all you need for light meals or bringing food in & the stores/restaurants are a 5 minute drive away. This includes Rags to Riches Antique Mall- a fun place to find unique treasures, and shopping on Main Street. Beaumont Avenue is a beautiful place to walk mornings or evenings. The Annex is located in the heart of a neighborhood in a renovated old grocery store! however, its not in a commercial district... everything around it is homes. Its location gives quick and easy access in and out of town in any direction. Harrodsburg is a small town rich in history, situated in the heart of bourbon country.
