You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoor space, the light, and the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, families (with kids) business trips, and big groups. This property sits on a very large bay directly on Lake Minnetonka with amazing sunsets and a sandy beach. The property is level with the lake and has a dock. The property is accessible to the entire Lake which 22.7 square miles. Lake Minnetonka is also in the top 10 largest lakes in the state as well as the largest lake in the 7 county Metro Area. The entire House *For an extra fee, guests can receive a 1/2 day ($500.00) or full day ($700.00) of boating with a driver. Maximum of 8 guests (please inquire) Boating: We have a 24ft open bow Colbalt, whether you want to ski/hit one of the restaurants or just go for a ride. *For an additional fee of $50.00 (excluding cost of goods) we will do your grocery shopping and beverage pick-up in advance of your stay. (Guest must provide a list of items needed and pay upon arrival). **PLEASE NOTE: Our city has very strict rules for the amount of guests for this property and noise ordinance. NO MORE than 10 are allowed to stay over night. An additional 4 guests are allowed on the property during the hours of 7 a.m to 10 p.m. Noise MUST be kept to a minimal level after 10 p.m. If you are not able to be quiet enough, please move to the inside of the house. There are NO Exceptions to these rules. All of our neighbors have been given our phone numbers. We will be staying about a mile away and will come over if we have a complaint and will take the necessary action, including ending the rental if necessary. Thank you. Erin and Tom 3 car garage is available for parking along with the driveway. Additional parking for up to 4 cars across the street. NEVER park on the street or in front of the neighbors, there is ample parking on our property. If you are planning on bringing a boat we must know this in advance. Any guest you have coming by boat must adhere to the maximum allowed guests on the property and NEVER park on a neighbors dock! This property is also close to a bike path where you can bike for many miles in different directions. We have beach towels, outdoor seating, and gas grill
