Exclusive use of the UPSTAIRS apartment; Separate Outside Entrance; full bath, queen & single bed, living room, office area & kitchenette Coffee, tea & snacks NO cable TV. Local & PBS stations. DV Player & movies. Wi-Fi available. Use of private side yard No Pets of any kind, Guests or children 0-12 yrs -12-17yrs. pre approval needed. Easy access to Rt. 50 bypass/Rt 13. This is the upstairs apartment in our house, with an Exterior Staircase and Separate Outside Entrance so that you have COMPLETE privacy. You DO NOT share this space. Due to the STEEP STAIRS, this listing is Unsuitable for People with DISABILITIES or MOBILITY ISSUES. WE do enhanced cleaning between guests. We are a fully vaccinated household. Absolutely NO air fresheners, strong perfumes or fragrances. We try to be a chemical Free property as much as we can . The space is 500 sq ft, gabled ceilings, (see pictures). There is a queen sized bed and a single bed (in living room) that can be used if you are traveling as friends etc. WIFI speed - download is 500mbps, upload 12mbps No need for keys, with the keypad door lock. LOCK DOOR ON EXIT, NOT RESPONSIBLE for YOUR POSSESSIONS. There is an Iron, Ironing Board and a hair dryer. The kitchen area has a Flex Coffee/Keurig maker, microwave, toaster & small fridge. Also ground coffee . In your fridge there is 1/2 & 1/2. Coffee, tea , sugar, cookies & snacks (chips, popcorn, organic oatmeal). Bottled water is also provided. Dishwashing supplies are under the sink in the bathroom. Use of private side yard to relax under the umbrella, listen to the birds and be entertained by the squirrels! The back garden has a privacy fence and chairs, umbrella and a fire pit for guests. Feel free to wander around the front garden that has a mix of flowers and vegetables. Guests have a separate stairs, entrance and space. However the hosts are around and will have interaction with guests, especially outside. Questions and Texts are answered in a timely manner. WIFI speed - download is 500mbps, upload 12mbps Within 10 minutes walking distance there is La Tolteca (11am-10pm) and Country Cafe, (7am-3pm) and the Ginger House -good Chinese/Japanese/Thai restaurant, or drive in less than 4 minutes. With a Convenience/Gas store, a Sub shop. Walgreens, a Crab shack and a laundromat all within a 3-6 minute walk. The Wicomico Civic Center has some great shows and exhibits , check out their website and t he civic center is about 5-6 minutes away. Salisbury University, Downtown Salisbury and the Hospital are less than 10 minutes. BEACHES, Ocean City etc are 40 minutes away. UMES, in Princess Anne is 20 minutes away. Ward Wildlife Museum, the Mall, Salisbury Zoo, Perdue Head Office and Arthur Perdue Stadium all within 10 minutes or less drive time. Salisbury Airport is 15 minutes. Several restaurants on the Wicomico River are minutes away. Rivers, Parks and Lakes vary from 5-25 minutes drive. Drive to antique shopping in charming Berlin and scenic towns like Snow HIll in 20 minutes. Crisfield is approximately 40 minutes away with a ferry to Tangier Island. You can walk to many places in the area, but a car is recommended. This is wonderful area for biking, (its all flat!) and running. Lots of cab services and Uber is available. No babies/infants or children under 12 yrs. 12-17yrs must get pre-approval. Please Park on OUR SIDE of the Street. To access the apartment, stand with your back to the Street THERE IS A PATHWAY DIRECTLY FROM THE STREET TO THE GATE (ON THE LEFT SIDE OF HOUSE). GO THROUGH GATE AND APT. IS UP THE STAIRS. There is a motion detector light that lights up as you enter through the gate to the stairs. Also solar lights. Quiet times are from 10.00pm at night to 7.00am. Weekends 11.00 pm to 8 am LOCK DOOR ON EXIT, NOT RESPONSIBLE for YOUR POSSESSIONS NO children or Pets. NO Additional Guests. Check out by 11.00 am Smoking (of any type) Permitted OUTSIDE only.
