Home located in North Wilmington near to Bellevue Park and the Business complex (BlackRock, Bank of New York and others). We are two hours from New York City and Washington D.C. Twenty minutes from Philadelphia International Airport and Forty minutes from central Philadelphia. The place is private and quiet. The place is good for professionals , solo adventurers, and business travelers. Guest can use studio which includes privet room, bathroom, patio, refrigerator in room, Free WI-FI , TV including Netflix, Roku, and many more channels. Guest will have their privet room with full size bathroom and shower. Guest can shear with me my leaving room to watch HD TV Guest can shear kitchen and laundry room. I am giving my guest their space but very happy to answer questions they may have about activities and events around areas 10 min walk to Bellevue State Park is a 328-acre Delaware state park in the suburbs of Wilmington in New Castle County, Delaware in the United States. The park is named for Bellevue Hall, the former mansion of William du Pont Jr. Many of the facilities at the park were built by du Pont. Bellevue State Park overlooks the Delaware River and is open for year-round recreation, daily, from 8 a.m. until sunset. The Mount Pleasant Methodist Episcopal Church and Parsonage is located in Bellevue State Park; it was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1998. 15 min by car to Riverfront where guests can find all kinds of restaurants, nightclubs and entertainments.
