The Space: We love to travel, appreciate great quality, and have taken great care to fully outfit our vacation home with all the things we love! Beautifully renovated kitchen fully stocked with everything you’ll need to prepare gourmet meals, new bathroom, new designer furnishings throughout. HD flat-screen TV’s in living room & master bedroom (high speed internet & full cable package, including HBO), Apple TV with hundreds of movies, iHome Bluetooth speakers throughout. Private patio with BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, plus upper lookout deck with sunset views! Beach cruisers, boogie boards, surfboards, beach chairs, beach towels & umbrella are included. Located on a quiet street, a short stroll from the heart of Cardiff’s many restaurants, cafes, boutiques, yoga studio, salons, library, post office, wine bars, and local favorite – the “Seaside Market” grocery store, plus great surfing and beautiful beaches! Just a short distance up the street, catch the coaster to explore downtown San Diego for the day. A short drive away you can hike the bluffs overlooking the ocean at nearby Torrey Pines Reserve, catch the thrill of the world renowned Del Mar Racetracks, snorkel in gorgeous La Jolla Cove or take in a Padre game after a long day on the beach. Some pets allowed, please inquire. Guest Access: · Sleeps up to 4 with 1 King size bed and two twin beds. Full sized washer & dryer. Off street parking. The Neighborhood: We bought this property because we love the charm of Cardiff-by-the-Sea, its a true gem in San Diego and is just a few minutes walk to the market, restaurants, coffee shops and the beach. Getting Around: Off Street Parking is available, usually right out front, 2 miles to train station. Use of cruiser bikes is included. Other Things to Note: *COVID-19 Modifications* Cleaning Policy As your health is of the utmost importance right now, our always-meticulous cleaning standards have been further heightened. All bed linens—including mattress covers and pillow protectors—have always been fully laundered and switched out between uses, and we are continuing this practice. As for towels, all are switched out between guests, regardless of whether or not they’ve been used. While we're preparing for your arrival, our cleaning crews leave the windows and doors open for multiple hours while they're cleaning to air out the space. Rest assured, all high-traffic surfaces are wiped with a disinfectant before you arrive too. City of Encinitas Permit RNTL-007059-2016. We expect our guests to keep noise down to a minimum as this house is located in a residential neighborhood and quiet times are from 10pm to 7am. We have a maximum overnight occupancy of 4 guests. Maximum of one parking space is available in the private driveway around back. Off Street parking is available right in front of the house. Trash is picked up on Friday mornings and all trash and recycle goods should be placed in the containers by Thursday night as pickup is usually very early. Interaction with Guests: We like to meet all guests at check-in and give them a tour of the property. Note, we are required to collect 10% local occupancy tax on all stays of less than 30 days.
