The St. Helena House

This delightful 125-year-old farmhouse, overlooking a vineyard, sits on two acres. Recently renovated, the house is 3,000 square feet and can comfortably sleep 6-8 people in three spacious bedrooms. Two bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and the third with a king and a view of the vineyards. The remodeled upstairs bathroom is charming with a claw foot tub and pedestal sink. The downstairs has a large front room, a dining room and a separate parlor that is great for gathering around the fireplace with family and friends. There is a large wrap around porch that has two twin beds, which also have a view of the vineyards. The porch is also a wonderful place to dine on warm summer evenings. The award winning kitchen (Northern CA Kitchen Design Competition) has a farm table and large sliding doors that open onto a wisteria covered deck and seating area - the perfect place for your morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. The adjacent dining room provides an elegant extension of the kitchen and includes another cozy fireplace. A second attractively updated bathroom along with a laundry/mud room is located just off the kitchen. The home has AC in the three upstairs bedrooms.
