The Urban Barn! private parking

Our place is a 10 minute drive to I-35/Ames. Restaurants and a park are within walking distance. This space is a flat above a detached garage and has a lovely, rustic charm. This space is separate from the main house. The living room has a pull-out couch, increasing guest size from 4 up to 6. This space includes a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig, TV, wifi, Netflix/prime video services, dining table and an outdoor grill. This is not handicap accessible as it requires going up one flight of stairs. On site parking Cabin-like charm Entire space We are happy to help with any questions or reservation details. We are often nearby during guest stays and are happy to help in any way so please don't hesitate to ask. Quiet neighborhood Close to nearby restaurants and fuel stops. Parking for the Urban Barn is available on the south side of the gray garage via alley access and is two stall deep. Additional street parking is available as well.
