Quiet, beautiful, waterfront cottage on Lac Long

Our beautiful cottage is located on Lac Long, only a 10 minute ride from Blue Sea Lake and village. Our cottage is waterfront and allows you the opportunity to relax and enjoy with your family. We are situated only 1 hour and 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa, 20 minutes from Gracefield, Qc, 30 minutes from Maniwaki, Qc and 5 minutes from Mont Morrisette (a beautiful spot for hiking with a lookout tower overlooking the area). The cottage is winterized and available for renting year round. Our cottage is located in a quiet cove on the lake with very little boat traffic. The lake is great for swimming with 6-7 feet of water off the dock depending on the lake water levels at the time. For those with small children, there is also a small beach ideal for them in nearby Blue Sea village. The space: our cottage comes equipped with a full sized fridge, stove, microwave, water cooler, pots and pans, cutlery, coffee maker, satellite tv's (bedroom and living room), playstation 3, dvd player and a radio. We have a large deck with furniture, large dock, campfire pit, barbecue (propane included) There are also games, movies, puzzles and books. Bedroom one: Queen bed including linens Loft: Queen bed, Double bed, Twin bed, Sofa bed including linens. Towels are not included We also have 2 kayaks for your use. Cell service works well at our cottage. We offer basic supply of consumables such as dish detergent, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels. Coffee and tea included. Whether you come to relax and sit by the fire or enjoy what Blue Sea has to offer, there is always a lot to do. Swimming, fishing, hiking, boating, kayaking, biking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, snowmobiling and four-wheeling are some of the outdoor activities you can do. There is a boat launch on the lake for those who would like to bring their motorized boats. Please note: During the summer season (St. Jean weekend - Labour Day weekend), we only rent 5 - 7 day blocks. Occasionally, there may be a slot that is available for less than 5 days. In this situation, the renter may take those available days.
