You can use our two surfboards, six bicycles, ice chest on wheels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, beach gear, beach chairs and beach towels. The house is a perfect spot to enjoy the 'world's safest beach' -Carpinteria. We are walkable to Carpinteria town with stores on Linden Avenue and the local restaurants. Amtrak Train station 1 block away and one stop to downtown Santa Barbara. Its about a 10 minute drive, one top on the train, or 10 miles. You are close to Santa Barbara with all the downtown shopping and funk zone wine trails. Carpinteria also has great local brewery's and gourmet restaurants just a short walk. Enjoy San Ynez Valley and Solvang wine tasting about 30 miles away to enjoy these world famous wineries. Take a drive to Malibu, Ojai Valley, Rincon Point, Ventura or down to LA to Universal Studios, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Chumash Casino-- to name a few fun-filled activities.
