The upstairs bathroom has heated travertine floors, granite counter, heated floor and a 2 person travertine shower! The lower bathroom is similar, including heated floor and double vanity. The upstairs living space is open with a kitchen, dining area and living area. The open space includes another large flatscreen television with cable. There is a separate sitting room off the upstairs entry that can be closed off from the bedroom, with a private outside entrance. There is a stocked bookshelf and a desk where you can quietly work while your partner is sleeping! The lower bedroom includes a queen bed with 2 nightstands and lamps, a large dresser, and a flatscreen television with cable. All water in the house is filtered, no need to purchase bottled water. Guest Access: Guests have access to both the upper and lower floors of the apartment, front/private garden, upper back deck and lower patio. A private entrance is located in front of the house and the secure front gate allows allows doors and windows to be left opened. There is a shared washer and dryer next to the lower patio.
