The listing is for much more than a room. This is the entire walkout basement level of an upscale home in the Pittsburgh area. The home is located 10 minutes West of Pittsburgh International Airport in Center Township, PA. The space offers a private bedroom, pool table, home theater and full custom granite bar. There is a large bathroom with granite and tile amenities. Use of the rear patio and fireplace is included and encouraged. Why would anyone stay in a local hotel when you could instead use this luxurious space for comparable fees? This space is very comfortable and ideal for long term stays. There is a pullout sofa bed as well as a double bed in an adjoining room that can be requested for a third and fourth guest. I have listed the space as "able to sleep four" although two people may be able to make use of the sleeper sofa or full sized bed comfortably in the secondary room. For your comfort, please note that the theater sofa is not appropriate for sleeping due to the shape and contour of the seating. If needed, a single bed can also be requested and added to the space. Access to the unit is through the patio rear entrance. Park on the right side of the driveway and walk down the stairs to the rear lower level. A security code will be provided to access the lower level entrance. The lower level is all yours during your stay and you will not need to interact with the owners upstairs. We will be available via the Airbnb application or via text message if you require assistance with anything. This upscale neighborhood is extremely quiet and serene. The homes are all fully custom. The manicuring of the landscape architecture throughout the neighborhood makes for a very peaceful experience, especially in the evenings under a star filled sky. The home can be accessed from Pittsburgh International Airport via Taxi or Uber/Lyft. Uber/Lyft is operational in all of PA so getting around is easy. Commute time to downtown Pittsburgh is roughly 35 minutes. There is an elliptical machine that can be used. In winter months, a combination of forced air and in ground radiant heat provides an exceptional degree of comfort.
