Adirondack Cabin

Private cabin in the heart of the Adirondack Park. Newly redone. Features full indoor bathroom with shower, kitchen and an outdoor shower. Full bedroom upstairs with extra small bed. Futon downstairs for extra guests. Brand new TV and DVD player in the cabin for movies. House has its own driveway and features a campfire set-up and tree swing. Perfect for couples and small families! Please note: stairs to bedroom are steep and may not be easily accessible for all. We live several houses down the road and can be available by request. Phone number will be provided, but interaction will be limited unless otherwise discussed. The cabin is located in Elizabethtown, New York, a small town nestled in the Adirondack Park. The town center is located four miles away and has gas stations, grocery stores, local restaurants, a golf course, numerous hiking trails and swimming holes. Nearby destinations include Lake Champlain (6 miles), Lake Placid (32 miles) and Whiteface Mountain (35 miles). Transportation around the Adirondacks is easiest by car. The Park is also very bike friendly, both on the road and with the many bike trails throughout the region. Winter: 4-wheel and all-wheel drive for steep driveway. Parking available at base of driveway otherwise. Steep stairs to loft not ideal for toddlers!
