You have a completely private apartment with two bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, and deck. Plenty of street parking on a nearly dead end street. Professionally cleaned between guests. Wonderful safe, neighborhood with close access to the major highways, Philadelphia (20 min) and Atlantic City (50 min). This is a no smoking property and always has been. There is a great deck off the backdoor slider available for your use with a gas grill and a koi pond. Additionally, the place is connected to my full house generator so you never have to worry about a thunderstorm taking out the electric. You have your own full apartment, full use of the back deck and gas grill. The apartment is connected to my home so I'll be available to address any concerns that may come up but I won't be intrusive should you need your privacy. Less than 15 minutes by car to two malls and only 3 miles to the very private, top in the world, Pine Valley Golf Course. We are 1.1 miles from the Lindenwold train station with direct access to Center City Philadelphia or routes to the shore. We are less than a mile from Jefferson Stratford Hospital and Rowan School of Medicine. Early check in can be available if no one has booked the day before as is a later check out if no one is booked the next day. Should you need late night check in, arrangements can be made.
