Well-appointed and spacious open floor plan guesthouse in North Pacific Beach area. Amenities include a courtyard seating area, roof deck with hot tub and a backyard with multiple seating areas, outdoor dining area, BBQ and pool and spa with a breath-taking view of Pacific Beach and ALL of San Diego. The space is an 800 sq ft open floor plan guest house with a bed at either end and a large pullout couch, kitchenette and chair seating area with a desk, TV and a treadmill. Coffee, tea, hot plate with tea pot, coffee press, toaster and mini fridge with freezer are provided and there are a lot of restaurants and delivery options nearby. The water in the house is all filtered. We offer our Suburban on Getaround by the hour or day. Search for Sdsuburban on the app. We offer an all organic brunch in-room or at the outdoor dining area in the backyard with prosecco and fresh squeezed juice for $30/person with 24 hours notice.
