The home offers a fully equipped kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes, keurig coffee maker, microwave, gas stove, and refrigerator. The cottage does not have a dishwasher. The cottage does not offer a washer or dryer but there is a laundromat right down the road a few minutes away. There is also a public boat launch as well as docks located 1/5 mile for the boaters, a swimmers beach with restrooms, picnic areas and a shelter house all within a minute for your convenience. Enjoy the Franklin Township Greenway bike/run/walking Trail which is right out your front door.
