STRICT NOISE POLICY - NO PARTIES! Quiet hour is 10pm everyday. All outdoor activity MUST be moved INSIDE by 10pm, with respect to our neighbors. **NO pets, NO smoking. We offer a designated smoking area by the pool. Beautiful two-story brick house, 1 & 1/2 bath (shower/tub is upstairs, downstairs is 1/2 bath). Very nice home/cabin vibe. New paint and carpet upstairs. You truly feel like you are on vacation when you are here. Lots of privacy. Spacious 10,000 sq ft lot with large pool & backyard. In between Hollywood & Disneyland, near many beaches and restaurants. Near the Queen Mary, Shoreline Village, Aquarium, Belmont Shore, Grand Prix, Catalina Landing, cruise ships, Dignity Health Sports Park, Velodrome, Convention Center, etc. Walking distance to Trader Joe's, fabulous Japanese, Thai, Mediterranean, Mexican, Italian restaurants and brand new German Brewery Restaurant. Walking distance to historical Rancho Los Cerritos and large neighborhood park with tennis courts and playground across the street from Los Cerritos Elementary School that Cameron Diaz attended. Lots of filming & movie shoots occur year round in our neighborhood & on our block! We're a couple blocks from the Ferris Bueller and Donnie Darko houses! I've raised my family in this wonderful Club Med type of home and now want to share it with others, if they can also respect our neighbors and neighborhood. We have a Pack n Play with changing area and automated baby rocker in master bedroom closet. Additional baby equipment such as diapers, car seats, strollers and high chairs are all available for rent with delivery, set up and pickup.
