The kitchen is very well equipped including a spice rack, wine, champagne, martini & margarita glasses, brandy snifters & frosted beer mugs, dishes, pots & pans, utensils, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher & washer & dryer (detergent supplied). The dining area has a desk and views of the private backyard surrounded by stone walls (circa 1840's) and woods with an outdoor fire pit, 5 burner gas grill w/side burner, charcoal BBQ grill, patio furniture w/umbrella swing set, picnic table, 2 hammocks & 4 lounge chairs. The front deck has patio furniture w/umbrella and mountain views. We border Sunny Hill Golf Course (9 golf courses within a 14 mile radius). 32 minutes to Ski Windham. Our guests are invited to hike on 4+ miles of private trails & picnic areas on our 110 acres, visit with our horses, take the 12' rowboat & pedal boat on the pond. Heat & air conditioning.
