Great place to stay for quick lake access. No need to park your boat trailer at the boat launch, this house is right across the street. Walking distance to public beach and golf course. Great location!! 1052 square feet with 400 square foot deck. The house is completely available to guests. There are items in the garage that belong to the owners. There is a picnic table that is folded up in the garage that guests can use. I will be available by text if needed The State Park is across the street. The boat launch is also across the street, kiddie corner. On the other side of that parking lot is a great place to eat and the Golf Course. The town is 1 mile away. In the winter the state park has a groomed cross country ski course and snow mobiles can leave from the driveway right to the lake if the parking lot is not melted. Smart TV (Netflix or Chromecast). There is video surveillance on the outside of the house pointed towards the lake, street, driveway and yard.
