Private 2nd floor 600 sq. ft. unit sleeps 3-4. Two bedrooms with twin beds & futon couch with double mattress. 200 sq. ft. covered balcony overlooks 5-acre forest and Church Creek --- only 75 feet away. Wrought iron furniture seats 4 for al fresco dining. Guests have access to garage workshop for tinkering with bicycles. Captain Harry and First Mate Glenna will take guests on a boat trip on Little Choptank and, if they are brave, out onto the Chesapeake Bay. Guests are welcome to bring their own boat or kayak and make use of our 120' pier. There is a boat launch ramp in Madison MD, just a short distance away (by car or by boat). Previous Eagleman & Ironman Guests have come from all over the US and as far away as Australia --- wonderful conversations. A quiet, wooded retreat on the water --- just across the creek from Old Trinity Church (est. ~1690). Perseus Road is a wooded cul-de-sac -- perfect for a quiet walk, run or bicycle ride. No pets, please. The condo is perfect for two adults or two adults and a child. The condo will work fine for three adults or two adults and one or two children.
