Completely renovated 1 bedroom upstairs apartment only 5 blocks from Main street with all new flooring, paint, furniture, appliances, cabinets, you name it. This location puts you in the middle of it all, easy walking distance to downtown ( .4 miles), Dow gardens ( .5 miles), the Midland Country Club ( 1.2 miles) or the Loons Dow Diamond ( 0.9 miles). Can sleep 2 to 4 guests with a comfortable full bed and pull out couch. No tv, but WiFi is provided. This house has three 1 bedroom AirBnBs upstairs with our main residence downstairs. All guests are welcome to enjoy resting on our quiet and peaceful front porch. We always enjoy meeting new people but are happy to give you the space you need to have a relaxing stay. Dow Gardens, Whiting Forest, and the Tridge are all fanatastic walks. From May through October, the Farmer's Market is available Wednesday and Saturday. There are numerous unique shops, restaurants, and coffee shops all within walking distance. The Loons' Stadium is also close by. Ask us about our favorite places in town and we are happy to provide more details. We have high speed internet, microwave, gas stove, pots & pans, assortment of knives and utencils for all your cooking needs. There is a keurig with both regular and decaf coffee pods and herbal teas for the tea drinkers. If you need a quick breakfast, we have oatmeal. We supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, makeup remover wipes, blow dryer, and body lotion. Depending on the time of year, there is a window a/c unit and a fan and we also have extra heating units so you can control the temperature of your stay better. You can rest assured that we wash ALL the linens between guests (and that includes the comforter and throws.)
