Pensacola has become one of the fastest growing vacation spots! Whatever the reason for your stay, we offer the comfort and amenities of home. Enjoy Pensacola Beach (18 mi) in 30 mins. Downtown Pensacola (10mi) 15 mins. How about visiting the Naval Aviation Museum(18 mi) 30 mins. Fly into Pensacola Int'l Airport (7.6 mi) is 15 mins. There is a washer and dryer for your use. You can head to the beach to enjoy with towels, chairs, and beach accessories. If you want to stay inside and relax, enjoy watching television; the living room 65’ TV features Chromecast, upload compatible smartphone app to the TV, plus enjoy Roku Streaming Services on all televisions. The cottage also has high speed internet access for your convenience. Guest have access to the entire house, side patio, and backyard patio. The parking space in front of the garage is for guest use only. Please do not park in the secondary RV driveway. I stay in my Jayco RV on premises and available any time during your stay. You will find in a six mile radius the convenience of familiar shops, and eateries. When you travel east on Nine Mile Rd, you will find Publix, Target, Chick-fil-A, Wells Fargo, Pandera Bread, Panda Express, and Walmart Neighborhood Market, to name a few. If you venture downtown Pensacola, it features historical attractions, dated over 500 years. Pensacola was founded by Spanish sailor Don Tristan Dr Luna in 1559, the Pensacola Bay Area was the first European settlement in the New World. Pensacola is known as the "City of Five Flags" being occupied over the centuries by Spain, Britain, France, the Confederacy and the United States. You can explore Historic Pensacola Village, T.T. Wentworth Florida State Museum, Pensacola Museum of Art, PNS Children Museum, Seville Quarter, Fort Pickens National Park, and the Naval Museum. You will need a car to get around, or use the convenience of Uber and/or Lyft. Optional BBQ Grill is available: $35 cleaning fee. Propane Gas Refill Not included. Propane can be refill at local Walmart Neighborhood Market (best price) or nearest gas station.
