Off of the main floor are two master bedrooms with king beds and en-suite bathrooms. Upstairs offers a lofted living area with a TV, as well as an office room to work away from home! Two more guest suites are privately situated off of the loft: one king bedroom, and one bedroom with a twin-over-full bunk bed and one twin-over-twin bunk bed. Outside, an expansive deck with a hot tub, Weber grill and deck furniture with an umbrella is the perfect place for enjoying a Truckee sunset! *This residence has air conditioning Located just steps away is The Pavilion (available at an extra fee), Old Greenwood's family oasis, that consists of an adult pool, family pool, kiddie splash pool, water slides, hot tub, playground, tennis, volleyball, basketball, games room, fitness center and spa. Old Greenwood truly offers something for everyone - kids and kids at heart! *Access to the amenities at the Pavilion at Old Greenwood is available for an extra fee paid in advance of your arrival. Rental guest fees are $75 per night for up to 12 registered people. ***Please note that if you choose to have access to the Pavilion, the fee will be collected for each night for the duration of your stay.
